1. The promotion runs from Tuesday 25 July 2023 to Tuesday 8 August July 2023 11.59pm (AEST). Grace Cosmetics reserves the right to revise the contest period at any time without prior notification.
2. Grace Cosmetics employees and their immediate family are not eligible to win the prize.
3. By entering your email address and submitting this form, you consent to receive marketing email communications from Grace Cosmetics at the email address provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can unsubscribe from email marketing at any time by clicking on the link provided.
4. By entering your phone number and submitting this form, you consent to receive marketing text messages from Grace Cosmetics at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by sending an SMS with the word 'STOP’ to 0477752870.
5. Current subscribers can enter the competition by re-entering their personal information on the sign up form.
6. Entrants must be 18-years or older and an Australian resident. Grace Cosmetics may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency.
7. Winners will be selected randomly from those who sign up. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw. If the prize remains unclaimed by Monday 21 August 2023, another random winner will be drawn.
8. The prize winner will receive a customised selection of products following a consultation with our skin specialist.
9. The Grace skincare for a year prize pack is valued over six hundred dollars ($600). Prize includes your personalised daily 3-step skincare routine topped up every 3 months for 12 months. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Winner drawn must have a valid email address submitted and be a current subscriber. Grace Cosmetics’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or instagram.
12. Grace Cosmetics collects personal information for the purposes of processing and administering entries to the competition, provision of a prize and sending marketing. Information will not be passed on to any other Third Party.
