TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive $250 AUD in Grace Cosmetics credit per quarter, for as long as this Program runs.
2. Redemption
   Credit is redeemable on Grace Cosmetics products at full RRP only. It cannot be combined with sale pricing, discount codes, or any other promotional offer.
3. Quarterly Use
   Each quarter's credit must be used within that quarter. Unused credit does not carry over to the next quarter.
4. Non-Transferable
   This prize applies to the named winner only. It cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
5. Shipping
   Standard shipping is covered by Grace Cosmetics on all orders made using this credit, in addition to the $250 value.
6. Returns
   Standard Grace Cosmetics return policy applies to all purchases made using this credit.
7. Eligibility
   Open to winners residing in Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Current Grace Cosmetics distributors are not eligible to win.
8. Changes to the Program
   Grace Cosmetics may modify or end this Program at any time, with 90 days' written notice to the winner
9. Disqualification
   Grace Cosmetics may disqualify, suspend, or cancel a winner's participation in the Program at any time if the entrant is found to be in breach of these Terms, has acted fraudulently, has misrepresented any aspect of their entry or eligibility, or if their public conduct becomes materially inconsistent with the values of the Grace Cosmetics brand, such that continuing to be associated with them would be reasonably damaging to Grace Cosmetics' reputation.
10. Content Release
    By accepting this prize, the winner agrees that Grace Cosmetics may post and use content about the win - including the winner's name, image, and details of their prize - across its social media, marketing, and promotional channels, without additional compensation.
11. No Further Obligations
    Other than as set out in Clause 10 (Content Release), this prize does not create any requirement for endorsement, appearance, or content from the winner.
12. Acceptance
    Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Grace Cosmetics' decisions in relation to this Program are final.
13. Compliance
    This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion regulations. A permit has been obtained where required by state law.

Judging Criteria for "What is your biggest skincare frustration?"

Entries will be judged by a Grace Cosmetics panel on:

• Originality: how distinct the answer is from other entries (avoids generic answers like "acne" or "dry skin" alone).
• Relevance: how clearly the answer reflects a genuine, specific skincare frustration.
• Insight: how well the answer demonstrates real understanding of skin needs or behavior, not just a complaint.

A winning answer names a specific, relatable frustration with some personal or technical detail e.g. "My combination skin can't decide what it wants - oily T-zone, flaky cheeks. Every routine that fixes one triggers the other." That level of specificity is what separates a winning entry from a generic one-liner.

The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
